Dr. Tager, born and raised in Montreal, Quebec attended the University of Toronto where he studied History and Philosophy. An alumnus of Parker University in Dallas, Texas, he earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic in 1999 and went on to complete the course work for the specialty Diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Neurology.
In 2000, he joined the prestigious Associated Clinics, PC in Detroit, MI where he treated thousands of patients and served as Clinic Director, overseeing treatment of patients in multiple clinics over the course of 6 years. Dr. Tager has extensive knowledge of work and auto-related injuries and has been called upon as an expert witness for both depositions and trials in the state of Michigan.
Dr. Tager established a practice in Bristol, Vermont in order to be closer to family and went on to found the New England and Spine Center with locations in Bristol and Williston. He was one of the first doctors in Vermont to offer Non Surgical Decompression Therapy. He is a board eligible chiropractic neurologist and was trained under internationally recognized Dr. Ted Carrick who made headlines for treating NHL Hockey Superstar Sidney Crosby and many others with concussions and closed head injuries. He was recently accepted as a member of the Johnson Neuro-metabolic group, which allows him to network daily with the top neurological and metabolic specialists in the US. These doctors have extensive experience in Functional Neurology for the treatment of Chronic pain, Fibromyalgia, Migraines, Vertigo/dizziness and Peripheral Neuropathy to name a few.
In addition to staying at the forefront of developments in chiropractic in particular and health and wellness in general, Dr. Tager is a sports enthusiast, excelling at hockey, tennis, cycling and skiing among others. He enjoys family life away from the office with his wife Doree, and his beautiful children, Zachary and Jordyn.
